IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SERVICES

We are Improvement District Services, Inc. (IDS) in Prescott, AZ, and provide administrative services for the following Arizona Special Taxing Districts:

Big Park Domestic Wastewater Improvement District (DWWID) – Village of Oak Creek
American Ranch Domestic Water Improvement District (DWID) – Off Williamson Valley Road, Prescott
High Valley Ranch Domestic Wastewater Improvement District (DWWID) – Copper Basin Road area, Prescott

Stringfield Ranch Domestic Water Improvement District  (DWID) - Prescott

Red Rock Road Enhancement Maintenance District (RRREMD) – Village of Oak Creek
Poquito Valley Road Improvement District – Prescott Valley
Seligman Sanitary District – Seligman

As you are aware, all taxing authorities MUST be contacted prior to close of escrow.



Please fill out all pertinent fields and then email the attached form to jbartos@idsadmin.com for a swift return. At close of escrow, please mail a copy of the filled out title inquiry form, copy of recorded deed, escrow check, and the buyer’s post-sale contact information for District billing.  Checks should be made to the District name.

For Coyote Springs and Poquito Valley Road IDs please make checks payable to ‘Superintendent of Streets’. All other Districts please make checks payable to the District name (Examples: Big Park DWWID).

If unsure whether a parcel falls within one of our Districts, please visit http://gis.yavapai.us/v4/ and search using the parcel number or address. Once the search is complete, scroll down to open ‘Taxes’ tab, then click ‘Tax Authorities’ to view the full list.
