Emergency Contact Information

If you are experiencing a true emergency, meaning an interruption in your service, after business hours on a Friday, weekend, or holiday, please see below to locate the correct emergency phone number for your District. Do not use these contact numbers for account questions or non-emergency issues.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If the District operator responds to a service call and the problem is found to be on the customer's property, or for water accounts, if the problem is found on the customer's side of the meter, the District will bill all charges for labor and supplies to the property owner's account. These charges are due within ten (10) days of receipt of the invoice from the District.

To verify whether or not a parcel is within a District boundary, log onto the Yavapai County GIS  

site to run a search and view the 'Taxing Authority' for that particular parcel.
