Improvement District Services office will be closed to all walk-in customers.
The COVID-19 outbreak is a rapidly developing situation. We care about the health and safety of our customers, employees and our entire community. For the safely of all, we are closing our office to walk-in patrons at this time. Since all District business can be easily be handled via phone, email or online, removing walk-in service will not remove any essential services to our customers and yet in doing so, keeps our employees safe and maintains our ability to serve you.
Payments can be sent by mail, made online or left in the mail slot. They will be processed the same business day they are received. Please note: We cannot accept cash left in the mail slot as we are unable to provide a receipt. Money orders can be purchased most places, including at the Circle K across the street for under $1.50.
Being available to assist our customers means we must keep our office staff healthy. Thankfully through technology there are many ways we are here to support you. Pay Your Bill Online
A simple way to view and pay your bill online at your convenience! Accepted methods of online payment: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Transaction fees for this service are .35¢ plus 3% of the payment amount.*
Your initial account registration will require the following information:

Assessment account number (shown on your bill)

We highly recommend watching the 'Learn How to Register' video on the sign-in page (gray button to the left) prior to registering!
You will establish your own personal username and password and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please make certain the Seligman Sanitary District account number is entered exactly as on your bill, including all letters and dashes. Once the account is established only your username and password will be necessary to access your account in the future.
* Improvement District Services, Inc. does not collect or retain customer banking or credit information. This is a third party service provided by United Systems Technologies, Inc. through PayPal. All transaction fees are charged by and paid to PayPal. The District receives no compensation for transaction fees charged by PayPal.
HELPFUL HINTS
The online eBill registration verification email can take up to two hours to arrive. This verification must be responded to within
24 hours or the application will be automatically canceled and the customer must begin the process again.
Please remember to check spam and clutter folders! The District is not notified of eBills that have been marked as spam or returned. It is the customer's responsibility to make certain they receive the eBills and the due dates are adhered to. Past due charges will apply if payment is not received by the due date. Accounts that are delinquent may be removed from the eBill option. If removed from eBilling a paper bill will be sent to the last known address.

Walk-In or Pay By Mail
Please make checks and money orders payable to Seligman Sanitary District and include your account number as it is found on your bill, including all numbers, letters, and dashes. As a courtesy we have a drop box to the right of our door for after-hours and weekend payment drop-offs!

Regular Office Hours:
Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Office is closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Fridays by appointment only.
Holiday Closures:
New Year's Day, Civil Rights Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's Eve.

Please mail your payment in far ahead of the deadline. The District does not honor postmarks.
