The initial registration form will require the following information Customer Name Billing Address Assessment Account Number (4-digit number shown on your bill) Email Address
You will establish your own personal e-commerce user name and password, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please make certain the assessment account number is entered exactly as on your assessment bill.
Once the account is established only your user name and password will be necessary to access your account in the future.
Fees for this service are .35¢ plus 3% of the payment amount
