Annually, at a public hearing, the Board of Directors adopts a budget of estimated projected revenues and expenses for the coming fiscal year and sets rates to cover the expenses. These hearings are typically held on the third Tuesday in June at the Fire Station located at 125 Slide Rock in the Village of Oak Creek and the public is invited to attend. Current District Rates and Fees

Capacity Fee: $4,200.00 per ERU
Main Line Upgrade Fee: $750.00 per ERU
User Fee: $1.004 per ERU per day (O&M $.890 / PSM $0.114)
Special Event Fee $100.00 per day per event
Ad Valorem Tax: $0
Minimum Charge: $15.00 per account per month
Hook-up Fee: $225.00 per application
Activation/Transfer Fee: $35.00 per acct activation/transfer

Effective September 1, 2010 On July 20, 2010 the Big Park DWWID Board of Directors adopted a Special Event User Fee. This fee will be charged to the property owner and shall be for commercial properties that have received a special event permit from Yavapai County and where restrooms are available to the public, for any use other than that for which ERU's have been assigned.
User Fees: Special Event Fee $100.00 per day per event
