The water and sewer facilities for the American Ranch are located at 8950 N. Callahan and are situated in a gated compound surrounded by a block fence.  Within this gated compound the two utilities are housed in individual compounds surrounded by wrought iron fencing.

The Ashbrooke wastewater treatment plant is below ground so only the top grates are exposed.  The treatment plant contains an ultra-violet disinfection unit and produces A+ quality reuse effluent.
