Annexation requests shall be made to the District Clerk and must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to admittance into the District. All expenses incidental to the annexation shall be borne by the property owner and reimbursed to the District. Annexation into the District is required prior to connection to the District’s wastewater system.  Reimbursement fees must be paid in full prior to connection to the District’s wastewater system.             A Petition for Annexation may be obtained by contacting the District office.       * * * Ordinances are subject to change.
