District Fees July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012   User Fee Residential – Water: $15.00 per month flat rate (incl 1,000 gallons) plus usage, $2.80 per 1,000 gallons Sewer: $35.00 per month flat rate  User Fee Commercial – Water: $150.00 per month flat rate (incl 20,000 gallons) plus usage, $5.00 per 1,000 gallons - 20,001 to 40,000 gallons, $10.00 per 1,000 gallons – over 40,000 gallons Sewer: Equestrian Account $100.00 per month flat rate, Ranch Camp & Community Center $1,000.00 per month flat rate User Fee Unconnected Lots: $40.00 per month Late Fee: $7.50 per month Hook-up Fees –Sewer & Water: $5,000.00 per application includes installation of water meter and backflow device Permit Fee: $500.00 per application Activation/Transfer Charge: $50.00 per activation/transfer Reconnection Fee: $500.00 per shut-off/turn-on, reconnection Well Users Fee: $50.00 per month per parcel Past Due Notice: $3.00 per past due bill Lien Notice: $35.00 per notice File Lien: $40.00 per lien Ad Valorem Tax: $0 District Office American Ranch Domestic Water Improvement District c/o Improvement District Services, Inc. 117 E.
